Feito em corian branco, que cobre a superfície do edifício curvilíneo (5,5 mil metros quadrados), ele possui elementos que podem trazer à mente o legado da Bauhaus: linhas horizontais expressivas e varandas aninhadas nos recessos do edifício./ Made of white corian that covers the curvilinear building’s surface (5.5 thousand sqm meters), it has elements which may bring the legacy of Bauhaus to mind: expressive horizontal lines and balconies in nestled in the building’s recesses.

Em 2006, Asaf Gottesman começou a concentrar-se no desenvolvimento imobiliário, enquanto continuava trabalhando na GSARCH.
