Projetado por Peter Pichler e sua equipe, este projeto ganhou uma competição internacional e será construído em Maarssen, Utrecht (Países Baixos), em um terreno voltado para o rio Vecht. O nome do complexo habitacional é sugestivo: Looping Towers./ Two residential towers connected by a low-rise building with a running track on its rooftop. Wow! Very athletic! Designed by Peter Pichler and his team, this project has won an international competition and will be built in Maarssen, Utrecht (The Netherlands), on a plot facing the Vecht river. The name of the housing complex is suggestive: Looping Towers.
Haverá 260 apartamentos, divididos entre as duas torres em forma de L. No total, 35.000 metros quadrados./ There will be 260 apartments, divided between the two L-shaped towers. In total, 35,000 square meters.
De acordo com Pichler, a geometria das duas torres otimizará vistas e luz solar. As varandas, naturalmente formadas, gerarão múltiplas vistas da cidade velha./ According to Pichler, the geometry of the two towers will optimize views and sunlight. The naturally formed terraces will generate multiple views towards the old city.
Cada um dos apartamentos será duplex, com grandes paredes de vidro contornadas por esquadrias brancas angulares./Each of the apartments will be duplex, featuring large glazed walls outlined by angular white frames.
E, ainda sobre o prédio de baixa altura entre as duas torres, ele conterá instalações de uso comum para residentes, incluindo um ginásio esportivo. Muito atlético!/ And, still about the low-rise building between the two towers, it will contain communal facilities for residents, including a gymnasium. Very athletic!
